At The Heart Of Age Well Simply Is Hope!

The Hope For A Better Future For You & Your Loved Ones.

Dear You,

If you are here, you likely love someone who is living with dementia. And you’re carrying the weight of questions, decisions, and emotions that feel overwhelming at times. You may wonder if you’re doing the right thing, saying the right words, or showing up in the way your loved one needs.

I want you to know—you are not alone.

Over the past two decades, I’ve walked alongside thousands of families navigating the journey of Alzheimer’s and other dementias. I’ve seen the heartbreak, the fear, and the exhaustion. But I’ve also witnessed something extraordinary: families discovering resilience, love, and even moments of joy in the midst of the hardest circumstances.

That’s why I created Dementia Care: Family Coaching—a space where you can pause, take a breath, and gain both clarity and confidence. My role is not to hand you a long list of medical to-dos, but to help you understand what’s happening inside your loved one’s changing mind and how you can respond with compassion, calm, and dignity.

When you begin to understand, even just a little, everything shifts. Conversations feel lighter. Reactions soften. And you start to reconnect with the version of yourself you want to be—the one who is patient, steady, and loving.

Coming soon, I’ll be offering Dementia Caring with Kerry, a program designed to give families even deeper guidance, encouragement, and practical tools for this journey. My hope is that through these offerings, you’ll find not just strategies, but comfort and companionship for the road ahead.

This is not about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about love that endures, even when words fade. And it’s about helping you feel supported as you care for the one who means so much to you.

With compassion and hope,
Kerr

About Age Well Simply

At Age Well Simply, we understand the profound fear that comes with the prospect of aging, cognitive decline, and dementia, especially Alzheimer’s disease. For many, the traditional medical system feels like a dead end, with treatments that often fail to deliver results—and sometimes make things worse. The overwhelming array of decisions, alongside emotional and financial pressures, leaves families feeling lost and hopeless, while those experiencing cognitive decline find themselves racing against time.

But There’s Hope

We created Age Well Simply to be a guiding light for those navigating the challenges of brain health. Whether you're a prevention-focused individual looking to optimize brain performance, a care partner seeking to understand how best to support a loved one with Alzheimer’s, or someone facing cognitive decline, we offer comprehensive, personalized solutions to help you or your loved one achieve measurable improvements.

Our Approach

We take the guesswork out of managing brain health. By combining the latest scientific research with a team of experts across various disciplines—including geriatric care, functional medicine, nutrition, cognitive therapy, fitness, and environmental wellness—we develop a tailored protocol based on your unique biomarkers and genetics.

We handle everything, from scheduling tests to facilitating expert consultations, and we break down complex science into clear, actionable steps. Our team acts as your coach and quarterback, ensuring every aspect of your care is coordinated for maximum impact.

The Journey

We ask our clients to commit to a transformative journey—whether it’s changing their diet, embracing fitness routines, or undergoing extensive bloodwork and testing. Sometimes, the news is hard to hear, like discovering you carry the APOE4 gene, but we empower you with knowledge and actionable steps. And, most importantly, our clients are winning this fight. They are seeing improvements in cognitive function, regaining their health, and slowing the progression of dementia.

The Results

With hard work comes tangible results. Our approach has helped countless individuals slow cognitive decline, regain lost function, and, in some cases, even reverse symptoms. For families, we provide the clarity and support needed to make informed decisions about care, easing the burden during a difficult time. And for those concerned with prevention, we offer strategies to optimize brain health and reduce the risk of future decline.

Hope for the Future

At the heart of Age Well Simply is hope—the hope for a better future for you and your loved ones. With a proactive, intentional approach, we believe everyone has the potential to prevent or slow the development of dementia. Our mission is to replace fear with confidence, confusion with clarity, and overwhelm with the knowledge that there is something you can do.
